Surgical Tech
Location: Austin, TX
Agency: Pioneer Healthcare Services
Pay: $1,705 to $1,758 per week
Shift Information: 3 days x 12 hours

About the Position

Are you a dedicated and skilled Surgical Technologist seeking an exciting opportunity in a Hospital setting? This Austin, TX contract could be the perfect fit for you.

Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons and surgical teams during procedures by preparing and maintaining sterile fields, instruments, and supplies
• Handle, prepare, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment in accordance with safety protocols
• Maintain accurate records of surgical supplies and instruments used during procedures
• Monitor and maintain the sterility of the surgical environment throughout the procedure
• Assist in patient positioning, draping, and ensuring that the operating room is clean and sterile

Qualifications:

• Active Surgical Technologist certification (CST) in TX (required).
• Previous experience as a Surgical Technologist in an operating room or surgical setting (preferred).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Job details:

• Pay: $1,704.91 - $1,757.64 / week
• Location: Austin, TX
• Assignment Length: 13
• Shift: Day 3x12 - up to 36.00 hours per week
• Setting: Hospital
• Workplace: On-site
